At Astoria Activewear, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all products must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
